Sales & Design Coordinator

1. Assist with incoming phone calls, screen and direct to the appropriate person.

2. Assist Sales Manager with typing and editing preliminary proposals and coordinate proposal delivery to prospective clients.

3. Subcontractor and vendor broadcasting and follow-up as needed to assist Design staff.

4. Assist Sales Manager with creating new lead files. 

5. Assist with coordination of clients and meetings throughout the RRCH Design Process, and tracking progress.

6. Verify that contract specifications and construction plans have consistent information.

7. Application and tracking for all permits for RRCH construction projects. 

8. Assemble field folders for Project Superintendents.

9. Prepare closeout and warranty documents for projects.

10. Initiate client survey by GuildQuality after projects are completed. 

11. Attend lead appointments with Sales and Design Specialists, as needed.

12. Participate in internal pre-construction meetings as needed. 

13. Other duties as assigned.


The Sales & Design Coordinator will maintain working hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch.
