Scott Robinson followed in his footsteps as president of the Builder’s Association of North Central Florida as well. Elwyn and Quality Builders had been one of the earliest members of BANCF, and Scott was 8 years old when he watched his dad serve as president, making the post a very personal and meaningful one. 

In 1998, Scott Robinson and his brother Tom Robinson joined forces as Robinshore Renovation and Custom Homes. This change simply added greater resources and abilities to an already strong enterprise.

After eight years of honing their skills as expert renovators, in June of 2006, Scott and his wife, Wanda, chose to rebrand as Robinson Renovation & Custom Homes, Inc.

Over the years, focusing on their mission of “on time, on budget, with total customer satisfaction,” the Robinsons continued to grow the business and their reputation in Gainesville.

In the meantime, Scott's son, Jason Robinson, had officially joined the crew as well, and began his own formal indoctrination into the family business.

Over time, Jason has risen to become a leader in his own right and was appointed president of BANCF in 2019. Following in the footsteps of the generations before him with his grandfather Elwyn as president of BANCF in 1970, uncle Tom Robinson serving as president in 1987, and father, Scott in 1997. The legacy continues!

Jason has taken his experience in production, sales and design and transitioned into a leadership role within RRCH, as Scott looks to pass the baton on to the third generation of renovating Robinsons.

Over the years the Robinson team has become like a family. A lot of pride and hard work have contributed to their becoming trusted, expert renovators.

With experience in residential and commercial construction, RRCH is able to take on a full array of projects. The team works together, plays together, and learns together all which bolster their ability to bring you the best of the best when crafting your new home or workplace.

“We’ve been here all our lives. We’re not going anywhere and Gainesville, while it’s still growing rapidly, is a relatively small community,” Scott said. “So, you’re as only as good as the last thing you did.”
